Created a structure for the website to organize information in a clear and logical way to help users navigate complex sets of information.

Added solutions section in the navigation so that SAP SuccessFactor would position themselves as a Solutions Provider
Solutions section is for the users who are unsure of SAP SuccessFactors’ products and therefore needs some guided approach to find the right product and services for their organizations.

By strategically placing contents across the website, it allows the users to achieve their tasks and ultimately generate business leads.
Stakeholders & Content Framework
Initiator: The initiator (HR Professional) is looking to find content that helps them succeed in their job position and solve their day-to-day challenges. They want to find content that highlights the importance of HR for the overall business success and are eager to change how things are done and drive transformation. Additionally, they need to find the right solutions for their business needs and find the right information to push for investments internally.
Decision Maker: The Decision Maker is seeking solutions that meet long term business objectives and is interested in content about driving business transformation. He needs to understand the thought leadership and industry leadership position of SAP SuccessFactor. Additionally, if he sees how relevant the digital transformation of HR is for the overall business success, he will be willing to invest into HCM cloud solutions.
IT Professional: The IT professional needs to evaluate vendors and solutions based on internal requirements, compliance and usability. He needs to be convinced of the benefits of migrating data to cloud and additionally find all necessary technical information to make an informed decision/give informed recommendations to the Decision Maker in the organization.
